You can claim something called Uddanelsesbidrag – education contribution, which incredibly is a larger sum of money than when they were under 18. You even have to pay it until they are 24!
Here we shall look at a case, again raised by an embittered ex, in which Statsforvaltning / Familieretshus ignored their own rules and calculations to decide that a Dad who doesn’t even earn enough should pay this.
Worse, they can just get away with it. He’s been waiting 1 year now for the case to be handled in court by…you guessed it Familieretshuset themselves. I wonder what they will decide?
